H.L. founded Custom Closets & More in 2004 after 18 years in the construction industry.  A licensed Florida general contractor, his background encompasses new home building, remodeling and commercial construction.  H.L. shares his knowledge and expertise with his entire team, making sure they embrace his values and integrity with every job.

Dustin’s entire career has followed his passion for helping clients solve their organizational needs. Dustin is a third-generation finish carpenter, and he has over 25 years of leadership experience in the home improvement and custom closet industries.

As Inspired Closets Sarasota Division President, Dustin is tremendously excited to bring Inspired Closets’ quality products and professional services to a new market. He is truly inspired by helping clients calm the chaos by maximizing their space for functional organization. Dustin enjoys boating, exploring the cities of Florida, and spending time with loved ones.

After a 33-year career in the home building supply industry, Chris joined the Inspired Closets team ten years ago. He enjoys providing high quality designs with a concentration on communicating every aspect of those designs to the client. He is a proud resident of Southwest Florida and a member of the Bonita Springs Rotary.

When asked, "What inspires you?" Chris tells us that he enjoys getting the details of a client’s design just right.

Jim recently moved to Southwest Florida from Ohio and brought his many years of experience and design skills with him. After flipping his first house over 15 years ago, he began designing closets and other home projects, doing a lot of the work himself. Jim understands what makes an efficient, functional design that looks beautiful and adds value.

When asked "What inspires you?" Jim tells us that he loves working with clients to bring their vision to life. When not at Inspired Closets, you can find Jim doing more home improvement projects and spending time with his family.

A native of Long Island, Stefanie has called Southwest Florida home for the past few years and loves being part of our local community by meeting and working with clients. She enjoys listening to her clients' needs and working together to create a unique solution for their home. Stefanie’s goal in her designs is always to reduce stress by creating practical, organized spaces.

When asked, “What inspires you?” Stefanie tells us that she loves knowing that she has made a positive impact in someone’s day-to-day life by helping transform their home. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, baking, going to the beach, and spending time with friends and family.

Originally from Upstate New York, Elise brings many years of home design experience in her new home of Southwest Florida. From new construction, to remodels, to small home improvement projects, she appreciates the fine details that make a house a “home” for her clients. Elise strives to capture her client's needs and vision to create a functional space that adds value and reduces stress.

When asked, “What inspires you?” Elise tells us that being able to bring a client’s vision to life is truly special. When she’s not designing, you can find Elise exploring Florida, at the gym, or spending time with family, friends, and her dogs.

Courtney has been designing closets for 9+ years in Naples, Philadelphia, and Chicago. One of her youngest memories from growing up in Philadelphia was changing wardrobes when the seasons rolled around. As the daughter of a builder, Courtney can’t imagine having to do that without a custom closet system. From when she first meets her clients to the completion of a project, Courtney feels that each and every step is exceedingly gratifying.

When asked, “What inspires you?” it’s nearly impossible for Courtney to think of something more inspiring than helping her clients simplify and perfect their lives with an Inspired Closet. When she’s not designing, Courtney enjoys drawing, cooking, Pilates, traveling, and spending time with her best friend, her Chinese Shar-Pei!

Lori has several years of remodeling and design experience, combined with a background in business and sales. Lori loves working with clients who want to make their homes feel comfortable, look beautiful, and be functional at the same time. Her goal is to make the closet experience easy by simplifying the process.

When asked, “What inspires you?” Lori shares that she’s inspired by helping clients visualize designs that will work for them and their lifestyles. When she’s not helping Inspired Closets customers, Lori enjoys spending time with her family, exercising, and playing golf.

Paying attention to detail comes naturally to Beth who has spent the last 15 years in marketing and sales. Originally from Michigan, Beth and her husband relocated to SWFL in 2023. While downsizing, Beth quickly realized the need for custom organization solutions to maximize storage. After meeting with multiple closet companies, Beth and her husband hired Inspired Closets. Upon seeing the quality of the product and the professionalism of everyone involved in the process, she knew she had to be part of the team! As a designer, Beth enjoys partnering with her clients to design functional and beautiful spaces that ultimately add value to their homes.

When asked, “What inspires you?” Beth shares that she’s inspired by living the motto that Inspired Closets was founded on, which is delivering “The Superior Customer Experience". When she's not designing, Beth enjoys exploring area beaches, parks, and restaurants with her husband, as well as spending time with her two daughters based in Grand Rapids and Chicago. Add an Australian labradoodle named Maggie and a cat named Dex into the mix for endless entertainment. Beth also loves to cook, enjoy morning walks on the beach, and explore all SWFL has to offer.

Kristen’s background in construction management allows her to utilize her technical knowledge and project management skills in each space she transforms. She’s excited to combine these skills with her passion for interior design as an Inspired Closets designer.

When asked, “What inspires you?” Kristen says that she’s inspired by helping her clients transform their homes into functional, attractive spaces they can enjoy for years to come. When not designing, Kristen’s love for interior design shines through when she’s strolling area antique shops hunting for eclectic home decor. She also loves DIY projects, like refinishing furniture and decorating spaces.

Angel has 20 years of experience in product development and design for consumer products in home décor, storage and organization, bath, kitchens, closets, and laundry. When utilizing all these elements across various projects, Angel’s degree in textiles and clothing gives her clients a unique 360-degree perspective. She loves giving her clients a sense of calmness by designing balanced and organized spaces.

When asked, “What inspires you?” Angel shares that she is inspired by people and life experiences, as well as by watching her daughters grow into beautiful young women who are navigating and experiencing college. Outside of work, Angel loves art, reading, working out, and decorating.

As a Realtor®, Jana loves making homeowners’ dreams come true. Now, she also gets to express her passion for interior design with Inspired Closets by completely transforming one space at a time.

When asked, “What inspires you?” Jana shares that she is truly inspired by helping her clients create beautiful spaces that improve the functionality of their homes and reduce stress. Jana is originally from Tennessee, and she enjoys cooking and baking, long walks with her dog, hot yoga, and exploring Sarasota.

Sandra has a diverse background as an entrepreneur and interior designer. She holds a master’s degree in hospitality management, as well as a professional designation in interior design. Sandra’s passion lies in beauty and functionality. She has always been interested in organization, cleanliness, color, esthetics, and the challenge of using space creatively.

When asked, “What inspires you?” Sandra says that she’s inspired by listening to her customers’ needs to design custom spaces that evoke calm, beauty, and function for years to come. Recently relocated from California wine country, Sandra enjoys exploring our Florida beaches, area theatre, and art, and she’s also a watercolor enthusiast.

Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Mo brings over twenty years of sales experience to his role as Sales Manager at Inspired Closets Sarasota. His knowledge of in-home sales and the insight he’s gained over the years is a major asset to our team.

When asked, “What inspires you?” Mo shares that he’s inspired by creating an exceptional overall experience for customers. When he’s not assisting our team of designers, Mo enjoys spending time with his Rhodesian Ridgeback-mix dog, traveling the world, attending sporting events, and listening to live music.

Kerry has been with Inspired Closets of Southwest Florida since 2004. A former teacher, Kerry enjoys meeting our amazing clients and working with such a wonderful team. She strives daily to give clients the professional service they deserve and to make the staff feel like part of the family.

When asked "What inspires you?" Kerry tells us that she loves seeing the look on clients’ faces when they visit the showrooms or see their initial designs.

Kathy brings many years of office management and customer service experience to our Naples showroom. She enjoys talking and listening to clients' needs for organization and helping them find the right fit. Kathy is a Naples native and loves the opportunity to work with customers from around the area.

When asked "What inspires you?" Kathy tells us that she loves showing our customers the wide variety of options they have to organize their home. In her free time, Kathy likes spending time with family and friends, completing home improvement projects, watching professional football, and playing with her dogs.

A graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University, Victoria brings her extensive knowledge of customer service to our project coordination team here at Inspired Closets. She loves getting to know our clients through their custom organization journey, and she strives to make each experience easy and fun from start to finish.

When asked, “What inspires you?” Victoria tells us that she enjoys seeing clients’ dreams come to life as their homes are transformed. In her free time, Victoria likes dancing and spending time with her family and friends.
